• Store data is read through the connector only to perform the agents’ jobs.
• Chat transcripts are retained for a configurable period (default 180 days) and can be exported or deleted per shopper email.
• Credentials (Google, mailbox, API keys) are encrypted and never shown again after saving.
• Payment card data is handled by the payment provider’s hosted checkout and never stored by us.
